Hand lettering has become a fun hobby to help me de-stress. However, I couldn’t find any practice worksheets that used a lettering style similar to what I wanted mine to look like, so I opted to make my own. If you’ve found a pretty font you want your hand lettering to emulate, here’s a tutorial on how to make your own practice worksheets!

Brush lettering paper
I use and recommend the Rhodia notepads for brush lettering. Make sure you don’t use normal printer paper as it causes the brush pens to fray – trust me, I found out the hard way 🙁
I ended up making quite a few practice worksheets so started adding the font name to the page to keep track of them!
I’ve also starting using the Sakura Gelly Roll 08 pen in white to make the letters a bit more interesting!
