Printable Student Planner

Introducing the new Student Planner! This planner can be used for middle school, high school/secondary students and college students. The student planner contains 54 pages to keep you organised all year long! Most pages are editable.

‘Student Planner’ Binder Cover and Spine (in 3 sizes to suit any binder). This cover can be personalised with your name and/or grade, year ect.

2 Page Weekly School Planner – Allocate tasks from 6am to 10pm. The is ample note space and a section for recording items due this week as well as to’s, If I have time and coming up (each hour is split in 2 so you can plan by the hour or use one line per 30min).

2 Page Monthly Calendar – there are 2 sections for each day so you can plan personal and school, work and school ect.

Reading Assignments – record your assigned chapters to read and questions to answer. Can be used for up to 15 weeks with up to 2 subjects per page.

You choose planner – add your own titles e.g. school subjects, extracurricular’s, work OR you could list your ongoing assessment items and what you need to complete for them each day OR you could use it as a timetable – whatever works for you

Class To Do Lists – 6 checklists so you can use one per class. Use to organise your week, assignment planning, study or whatever works for you

7 days of the week covers and spines – if you prefer to organise your binders by day instead of by subject

Friday Binder Cover - School Planner

Grades record – for up to 6 subjects, record your grades for each assessment item as well as your goal grade and then final grade. It’s a good way to track your progress and highlight areas of improvement. You can also record your overall Grade Point Average. I recommend printing one per term/semester.

Spending Record – your parents might use this more than you. Great for keeping track of spending on anything school related before transferring into your monthly budget.

Student budget – Set a budget for school-related expenses and record how much you actually spent. Make note if you earn any ‘income’ from scholarships or tax deductions, then deduct all school related expenses. You can transfer the total to monthly budget available here. You can use this for any time period you like. You add your own titles to the 2 columns. Suggested titles are student names or Semester 1, Semester 2 ect.

Weekly Student Schedule (3 versions for 4, 5 or 6 subjects or, for example, 5 subjects and one extracurricular). Note: You will need to write your classes in by hand, editable side writing is not possible on the PDF.

Outfit Planner – Plan what clothes, shoes and accessories you’ll wear each day. Use the notes section to record things such as ‘need to wash sports socks to wear again on Friday’

Important dates – record when college applications are due, friend’s birthdays or whatever suits you

Semester plan – use for all your subjects (I recommend using different coloured pens) or print one per subject. Jot down each week’s topic and/or chapters covered, as well as assessment items due each week. Handy for planning your end of semester study and for mapping out when tasks for groupwork need to be completed.

Group project planner – braintstorm ideas, determine meeting times, allocate tasks and due dates, record contact details of each team member and when they are available if, for example, meetings need to be rescheduled. Can be used for assignments or extracurricular projects.
