Bullet journal weekly spread if you work part time
I’m never usually at home for Easter but this year I was in the middle of moving into a townhouse (yay, no more apartment living!), so decided to use the days off to move and do some life admin. I wanted a spread where I could plan the 4 days off in more detail, but still keep a master task list for the week.
This is what I came up with:
Before the Pen

A spread like this would be ideal for someone who works part time, or doesn’t need a box to plan every day of the week in detail.
How nice are these stickers?! (from Daiso)
After the Pen
I used asterisks for non-task items and drew checkboxes for the tasks I wanted to get done on each day.

I used the excess space at the bottom of the list for other random items.

I love the color on the Happy Planner inserts so used that as my guide for choosing other planner supplies. The heart stickers I got a while ago from Daiso were a close match, and so were the Zebra clickart pens that I used for the borders and for filling in the letters.

For the letters, I used the Oops a daisy blossom stencil. The letters of the stencil are wider than most, so there’s no bumping trying to get into tiny nooks and crannies of the letter templates. This would be a really good alphabet stencil if you’re never used one before. The font is simple and would work well with any spread.
I was going to use the Tombow dot markers to stamp in the gaps around the 4 boxes but I think the spread would’ve looked a bit busy and overdone so I didn’t end up doing it.
Supplies Used:
- Happy Notes classic Size
- Pilot frixion erasable black pen
- Zebra clickart pens
- Happy Planner ‘get busy babe’ insert
- Happy Planner lined insert (I couldn’t find it to link it, it’s been out a few years now so might be discontinued)
- Oops a daisy blossom uppercase stencil
- Oops a daisy blossom lowercase stencil (for the numbers)
- Happy Planner dates and holidays sticker book for the date number stickers (unfortunately no longer sold)
- Heart stickers from Daiso
- LED therapy, clean makeup brushes and computer backup stickers from KHD Studio
- Easter sticker from the Carpe Diem sticker tablet sticker book

Would I use this spread again?
Yes, I loved all the rainbow color this week. It was fast and easy to draw up the spread.
This would be a good layout for someone that works part time and uses a separate planner for work (so doesn’t need an entire 7 day spread in their personal planner).
Instead of allocating a day to the boxes, you could use those for categorized task lists similar to this spread I did back at the start of my 52 planners in 52 weeks challenge.
