KHD Stickers review (Australian planner sticker shop with rainbow functional planner stickers)
Did you know there are more people in the state of Texas than the entire Australian population? It’s much harder for Australian planner shops to compete with USA shops due to shipping rates. The cost of us buying something from overseas and getting it into the country also incurs ridiculous shipping rates. I’ve seen a few planner sticker shops closing down over the last few years, so I finally placed an order with KHD stickers (previously known as Studio Kylie). I doubt she’s going out of business anytime soon, but I’ve been meaning to order stickers from her for years and with no time to make my own at the moment, it was time!
I ordered a variety of rainbow stickers, a black sticker sheet (as they are notoriously hard to cut with my silhouette machine and I wanted to see if the cut was smoother from someone else’s sticker machine) and some stickers with a transparent background.
Here’s a full list of everything I ordered
I ordered 22 different sticker sheets:
- Transparent dots
- Transparent days of the week
- Top Priority Stickers
- Design Your Own Custom Habit Tracker Boxes
- Checklist planner stickers
- Computer Backup Script Planner Stickers
- Thin Washi Strip Stickers
- Appointment Planner Stickers
- Date Dot Squares
- Dot Stickers
- Squares Planner Stickers
- Date Flag Planner Stickers
- A Year of Date Dots Stickers
- A Year of Date Dots Stickers
- Clean Brushes Stickers
- To Do Planner Stickers
- Days of The Week Stickers
- Watercolour Days of the Week Planner Stickers
- Get It Done Stickers
- Days of the Week Tiny Circle Stickers
- Days of the Week Stickers (black text)
- Days of the Week Stickers (pink / orange multicolored text)
- Date Covers with Numbers (sans-serif font)
- Date Covers with Numbers (cursive font)
To keep this review impartial, I paid for the products myself and there are no affiliate links in this post.
I spent $96.55 AUD on 22 sticker sheets (note: I ordered during the Black Friday sale where the stickers were 20% off). I ordered a variety of sizes but mostly the large sticker sheets, so let’s say $4.40 AUD per sticker sheet. Custom sticker sheets were not on sale.
KHD offers free shipping to Australian addresses for orders over $55. Otherwise it’s flat rate standard shipping of $4.50 for all orders delivered within Australia.
The stickers arrived in a cellophane bag with cardstock to keep them flat. The postman shoved the large envelope into the letterbox so I placed them under a heavy book for a few days book to make sure they were perfectly flat again before opening the package. Thankfully nothing was damaged!

Probably comes as no surprise to anyone that’s been following my blog for a while, I was drawn to the KHD stickers because the rainbow colors are similar to the rainbow colors I use for my own stickers. However I use matte label paper and KHD stickers use vinyl label paper. There’s been a lot of hype about vinyl planner stickers over the years and I wanted to see if there was really that much of a difference.

The cut lines are precise and none of the cut lines intrude on the sticker design (no clipped text or uneven sized shapes etc.)

The rainbow colors are very nice in person, I don’t think the photos do them justice! The ink printing is very bright and crisp, with no stray ink marks etc.

There were a variety of days of the week stickers to choose from, I had a hard time choosing so bought more designs than I originally planned!

Since I switch between different planners every other week, date stickers are the stickers I use the most often. One of these sticker sheets cost $7 AUD which is enough to last an entire year.
KHD Stickers also sell Australian public holiday stickers, week starting stickers, week number stickers, individual date stickers, 2025 weekly date stickers (e.g. 6 Jan – 12 Jan), date flag stickers (instead of the circles in the photo below). So it’s a one stop shop if you have an undated planner or are re-dating an expired planner.

Checklist stickers are the other stickers I use most often so I purchased a variety of those as well. The ‘Check List’ stickers were some of the more unique designs I’ve seen, and the mix of black and color make the stickers stand out and easy to read.
I was hoping for more checklist planner stickers but there weren’t really any other than square and dot stickers you can use to create your own checklist.

Custom stickers
I wanted to test the quality of one of the custom sticker sheets so I ordered weekly habit trackers. My acne is terrible at the moment so I’ve trying to be more diligent about using my LightStim.

Some other stickers that looked interesting
- Week starting stickers which would be ideal for undated planners
- Month stickers
- Appointment times
- Cancel free trial
- Monthly tracker stickers (which would be good for habit tracker but also adding a mini dates at a glance calendar to a monthly or weekly spread)
I’m not a fan of the hand drawn icons and character planner stickers that seem to be popular these days but if you like that style, KHD stickers do have some of those.
There are custom stickers which I was going to use to create ‘to do’ stickers (can never have enough of those), but they weren’t included in the Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale so I didn’t end up purchasing them. I think $6.50 AUD is getting too expensive for a sheet of planner stickers where there aren’t many on the page and the design isn’t very unique.

The website doesn’t seem to filter very well, so make sure you thoroughly check each shop section as well as using the search bar.
Sticker quality
Many of KHD Stickers come in 3 paper types – permanent matte, removable vinyl and transparent. I ordered a mix so we can see the quality.

Most of the stickers are listed as removable vinyl on the website but just double check before purchasing if this is a must have for you.
I ordered these so I could use them for undated planners to hand-write the date and day myself. But you can use these for appointment stickers with the time instead of the date like this:

I used the Uniball Signo as I like the bold black ink, but it is notorious for smudging on sticker paper and unfortunately, it did smudge when I was testing how many times I could reposition the sticker. Ballpoint pens on sticker paper usually work best.
I repositioned the sticker 10 times and each time it easily peeled off and re-stuck. The corners of the sticker weren’t getting bent each time I was peeling the sticker on or off either.

The sticker paper feels smooth and the stickers are very easy to peel off.

Sticker sheet size and quantity of stickers
Some sticker sheets are only offered in one size, but there are also plenty that come 3 sticker sheet sizes.
The 3 sticker sheet sizes are
- Tiny: 8.5cm x 6cm
- Small: 12.1cm x 8.5cm
- Large: 17cm x 12cm
The size of the stickers on each sticker sheet is clearly stated in the listing description so it’s helpful to have a ruler on hand so you can check what size works best for your planner or bullet journal. Note that the KHD Stickers are small sizes (I’d say ideal for A5 size planners, or a 7″ wide x 9″ high planner if you write small).
An example of the sizing for the top priority stickers I ordered:
- Tiny: Approx 0.8cm tall, about ⅓”
- Small: Approx 1.1 cm tall, a little under ½”
- Large: Approx 1.5cm tall, around ⅗”
As the sizes of the stickers vary between designs, the amount of stickers on each sheet varies by design.

Most of the sticker sheets maximise the amount of stickers that fit on the sheets, except the ‘to do’ text stickers could have squeezed some more on the page (could have done more black stickers if there wasn’t enough room to do another full set of the rainbow colors).

There is also a free sampler for the month but the sticker sheet is tiny and I’ll only use the month sticker.

Would I order from KHDStickers again?
Yes, I love all of the rainbow colors, variety of sticker sizes and range of designs to choose from. I’m extremely time poor at the moment and I’m about to move to a new apartment, so I’m currently unable to make my own stickers. KHD stickers are the closest match I could find to the colors and styles of stickers I make myself.

I’ll be doing a comparison of the KHD stickers against another well known sticker brand soon… can you guess which one?
