Create your own custom weekly planner with 52 layouts you can reuse year after year
If you’ve been following my blog since the beginning then you may remember the 52 planners in 52 weeks challenge. That experiment helped me realise that using different planners every other week is my version of planner peace, and also that dashboard is my favorite weekly layout.
I prefer less space for the days of the week and more space for notes and checklists. Not many planner brands offer 1 page weekly planners, which means I mostly gravitate towards using a printable to plan my week. If you’ve been wanting to try a 1 page weekly planner or haven’t quite found the right weekly spread for you, then you can now get a bundle with 52 different 1 page weekly planners.
A few years ago, I created the Create Your Own Planner Kit which had a variety weekly spreads. It was long over due for a refresh!
Taking inspiration from that original kit which had minimalist black and white only designs, this bundle also has clean, minimalist and ink friendly designs. When I made that original kit I had a bit of an obsession with bold black backgrounds with white text, and a tendency to add borders around my designs. Over the years I’ve scaled back the amount of black and have focused on incorporating shades of grey into these designs, and removed the borders to make the designs less cluttered.
You can keep it simple with just a black pen, or decorate with planner stickers, highlighters, washi tape, and choose your own colors or themes for the layouts.
Why are there 52 layouts?
It was really important to me that there were 52 different weekly layouts. Back when I did the 52 planners in 52 weeks challenge I found it so helpful to try a wide variety of layouts to understand my planning style. The common vertical columns with 3 sections for each day and horizontal weekly layouts just don’t work for me. I don’t need such large spaces to plan each day.
With this kit you can use a different 1 page weekly planner each week for an entire year… or until you find your favorite one!
I typically use a monthly habit tracker, but if I’ve been slack and need a reminder, then I like to bring the weekly habits I need to reinstate, into my weekly spread. For that reason, some of the planners have habit trackers. I’ve also found pomodoro trackers to be very helpful at keeping me on task, so some of the weekly layouts include pomdoro trackers. And of course almost every layout includes a checklist!
This bundle includes many of my favorite layouts I’ve used over the past 10+ years, as well as a few new layouts perfect for mixing and matching to create a 2 page weekly spread, or just use them on their own. Many of these layouts are not your typical weekly layouts you’d find in a mass produced paper planner. Most started out as bullet journal layouts because I couldn’t find layouts that suited my particular needs for a particular type of week.
Some weeks I need more space for weekdays, some weeks I need an hourly or half hourly schedule, other weeks I need mostly checklists and some weeks I need a combination of these.
Your plans change throughout the year, so why use the exact same weekly spread for an entire year?
You can find this bundle in my Etsy shop and online shop.
I’ve also included a weekend planner printable, lined notes, dot grid notes, graph and cornell notes pages, for weeks when you might need a bit more room to plan.
If you need more space, you can use the inserts to create 3 or even 4 page weekly spreads as well.

What page sizes are included?
A few weeks ago I sent out a survey asking for feedback on everyone’s favorite printables page size.
You guys didn’t make it easy! I thought there’s be a clear winner but it was very close. The most popular page sizes were US letter size, half US letter, A5 and Happy Planner Classic.

At the moment these weekly planner printables are in US letter and Happy Planner classic page sizes.
The Happy Planner classic size printables are already at Happy Planner classic size (7″ wide x 9.25″ high), with no crop marks. You can print the pages onto pre-cut 7″ wide x 9.25″ high paper, or print onto US Letter or A4 size paper and trim to size.
My favorite page size for planning is Happy Planner classic, but if there’s enough interest then I may reformat the pages to A5 or half US letter size. You can always resize the letter size version to other page sizes following the instructions in the printing guide you can download for free here.
Are the planners fillable?
Yes. Based on the survey results, half of you preferred fillable templates.
It takes quite a while to make each planner fillable, so only the US letter page size version is fillable (can type your text in before printing).
You’ll need a computer and adobe reader (which is free and can be downloaded here).
