In this blog post I’m going to show you how to add your monogram, name or any other wording you like to one of the editable binder covers from my shop!
I have a few collections available including:
Also available: Aqua and Pink, Red and Black and Black and Gold
If you would like a color combination that is not currently available, please convo me via Etsy or send an email to [email protected] – I sometimes accept color change custom requests.
How it works
Once purchased you can print each of the binder covers (and spines) in the collection an unlimited number of times. For more information on how printables work, please see this blog post. You can print all of the cover styles in the collection, or just print those that you like. You can print more of one style, less of another style etc. – it’s totally up to you!
Included in each editable binder cover collection is:
- 5 editable PDF files (1 PDF file for each of the 5 covers included) where you can add a 1 or 3 letter monogram
- 5 JPG files (1 JPG file for each of the 5 covers included) where you can add any text your like such as a name, quote, blog name, business name, school or college subjects etc.
- A binder spine is also included for each of the covers
If you don’t already have Adobe Reader installed on your PC or laptop, you can download it here (it’s free!)
All of my printables are for personal use only.
Some of the ways you can use binder covers:
- Home organization binder – cleaning, meal planning, lists, schedules
- School or college subjects (for both students and teachers!)
- Blog planner
- Business organization
- Finances, budgeting & taxes
- Keepsakes and memorabilia
- Important documents such as manuals and warranties
- Recipes
- Dividers within a planner (e.g. 1 for each month of the year)
- Goal setting & keeping track of projects
- Fitness journal
- Etc.!
Or just print the cover and bind with blank or lined paper to create your own custom notebook. Binder covers can be used be used as dividers within a notebook.

For printing tips, please see this blog post. My main tip is to make sure ‘borderless’ is selected if you don’t want a thin white border to appear on all sides of the page (i.e. you want the pattern to bleed to the edge of the page).
You’ll need Adobe Reader to open and edit the files, if you don’t already have it installed on your computer, you can download it for free here.
