The Cover
The hardcover is really strong. There were other patterns to choose from too!
Approx 0.75″ thick
I found this notebook in Belgium… hence the lack of English.
Index
A generous 4 index pages are included
Dot Grid Pages
The pages are bright white!
With 5mm dot spacing
I’m not a fan of the page number in the middle of the page. It’s quicker to find the page you’re looking for when the numbers are in the corner. Plus, it wastes a lot of space awkwardly being in the middle of your spreads.
The key / legend is at the back with the Index at the front. Much easier to find what you’re looking for than clustering it all together at the front.
Pen Testing
I tried all my usual ballpoint, gel, fine tip and marker pens etc. – there was some minor ghosting on the back side of the page but no bleed through except for one of the marker pens and MAMBI stamps.
Pros of the Planner
- Bright white paper
- 3 Ribbon bookmarks
- Index & legend pages
- Paper quality is good
- Sturdy hardcover
Cons of the Planner
- On the pricey end for a dot grid notebook (converts to about $28 AUD)
- Page numbers are in the middle of the page
- Hard to find (have only seen this notebook in Belgium)
Would I use this notebook?
Yes. I like the bright white paper, the pages lay flat and the fact that the dots extend right to the edges of the pages – no wasted space.

Hello Rachael!
This is a great review as I had been seeing these around Poland (where I live) and I have been on the fence about buying it.
I have seen these with English inside and I have seen them at airports through Poland so I assume you can find them elsewhere.
After seeing your review I would buy it as an emergency planner if I am at the airport and need a quick journal. It’s price (it is similar in price even in Poland) does discourage me though.
Thanks again!
