Hong Kong Stationery Haul (including testing out the Zebra Mildliner Mix Highlighters)
On my recent trip to Hong Kong I visited as many stationery stores as possible! Most of them had similar brands with plenty of pens and highlighters so that is what I mostly purchased.
Unfortunately there weren’t many stamps, stencils, planners or washi tape.

I have a great stationery collection already so only picked up a few items while in Hong Kong.
The item I was most excited about was the Zebra Mildliner Mix. I’d seen these online but they’re not mainstream in Australia yet. The 3 in the photo below costs $32.75 AUD on Amazon, I paid only 42HKD / $7.50 AUD for all 3!

Rather than being dual tip, the Mildliner Mix is dual color. There’s a few different colorways and a pack with all 5 versions, but I just wanted the ones with pink, purple and turquoise.

Tip: When you first buy them you need to drag the highlighter across a piece of paper to remove the white cover and activate the highlighter.
There was minimal ghosting (more on that below).
Apart from the Zebra Mildliners, I stocked up on 0.3mm, 0.5mm and erasable gel pens at Muji, purchased some teal highlighter, tried the KIRE-NA Pilot dual tip highlighters (which I’d never seen before), and purchased some skinny sticky notes which are always handy for color coding / DIY tabs in my bullet journal.

The MUJI erasable pens erased cleanly with no indenting onto the backside of the page.

Some mild ghosting for all of the stationery I purchased (this is a Plum Paper notebook).
